Remove dated/completed tracking docs whose open items are now either shipped on HEAD or filed as GitHub issues: - ROADMAP_CLIENT_APPS.md (self-marked SUPERSEDED; Phase-4 YOLO/TFLite = #95) - docs/MOBILE_TRIAGE_2026-06-03.md (reconciled via #84; #5/#7 = web #199 + #93) - docs/TODO.md (A2/A4/A5 + iOS/Desktop HMAC shipped; A1 wired; A3 = new #96; PACE/passive-auth tracked in docs/NFC_PACE_PLAN.md spec) - docs/archive/2026-04-16/{IMPLEMENTATION_NOTES,IMPLEMENTATION_PLAN, client-apps-MODULE_PLAN,CAMERA_IMPLEMENTATION_SUMMARY}.md (completed-work summaries / module plan) Also fixes the now-dangling cross-references in README.md, CLAUDE.md, docs/MOBILE_TESTING_GUIDE.md, docs/archive/README.md and docs/archive/2026-04-16/CAMERA_QUICK_REFERENCE.md.
